RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your outfit but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 20% of the price of the dress. If you return the dress for an exchange, you should include in the box a check for $15(domestic) or $35(international) payable to Andrea's Prom & Bridal to cover the exchange expenses.
Please call us at 740-286-5286 within 3 (THREE) days of delivery to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed it will be refused and returned to you.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without the return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock.
Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable. If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable. Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable. Dresses may not be returned after the event date. Refused packages are charged Restocking fees 20%.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders normally ship within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with exact shipping information approximately 4-6 hours after placing the order. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will receive confirmation by 12:00 PM the next business day.

*UPS Worldwide Expedited: (an additional $50.00) 3-5 Business days
Customer is responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in his/her own country when your dress arrives there.

Andrea's Prom & Bridal guarantees that your shopping experience will be safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card. In the unlikely event of fraudulent use, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
